Website terms
Terms & research notices.
The scope of this website, the limits of its materials, and the responsibilities attached to their use.
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
1. Operator and scope
This website is operated for the Financial Intelligence business of SVECTOR Technologies Private Limited. These terms address use of this informational website and its research materials. A product licence, paid research engagement, deployment, support commitment or confidential relationship requires a separate agreement. Website copy does not create one.
2. Read the applicable notices together
The website terms, acceptable-use policy, privacy notice, research notices and report-specific disclosures address different matters. Research must be read as a complete dated edition with its sources, assumptions, counterevidence and limitations. A headline, excerpt, chart or social preview is not a substitute for the full context. A signed service agreement governs the services covered by it.
3. No personalised advice or transaction offer
General website information and company research are not tailored investment, legal, tax, accounting or credit advice. They are not an offer to buy or sell a security or a request to enter a transaction. Readers must assess their own circumstances and obtain appropriate independent advice before taking a consequential action.
4. Registration and regulatory status
No statement on this website represents that SVECTOR holds a particular research-analyst, investment-adviser or other financial-services registration unless the registration and its scope are expressly identified and verifiable. No regulator is represented as approving a product, model, research conclusion or publication. The applicable requirements depend on the actual activity; an informational label does not decide that question.
5. Research dates, editions and review status
A publication describes the record within its stated evidence cutoff and reporting period. Facts may change after that cutoff. An Internal Research or draft classification remains relevant even if the material is accessible on this website; accessibility does not imply completed external review or approval for every audience or use. Read the individual edition notice before relying on the analysis.
6. Evidence, opinion and allegations
A reported fact, a management estimate, an analytical inference and a hypothetical scenario are different types of information. A cited document may contain an allegation without establishing the alleged conduct. Historical breaches, waived defaults, redacted schedules and missing records must not be restated as current wrongdoing, an unremedied default or proof of concealment without supporting evidence.
7. Models, forecasts and software outputs
AI outputs, risk scores, screening matches, forecasts and scenarios can be incomplete, incorrect or sensitive to their inputs and assumptions. They require validation appropriate to their use. A screening hit or unusual pattern is a question for review, not a determination of misconduct. Users remain responsible for human oversight, applicable reporting duties and consequential decisions.
8. Product descriptions and performance
Capability descriptions explain the intended scope of the business and its programs. They do not guarantee accuracy, detection rates, false-positive reductions, uninterrupted service, financial returns or regulatory outcomes. Integrations, data residency, access controls, retention, reliability and support must be specified for the actual deployment. A conceptual diagram is not a live customer system or a performance benchmark.
9. Source materials and third-party rights
Source links identify records used in the research. SVECTOR does not control linked publishers or guarantee their availability, completeness or continued accuracy. Trademarks and third-party documents remain subject to their owners’ rights. Naming an organisation, linking its records or analysing its activities does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
10. Web and PDF editions
The web investigation is an editorial adaptation with selected tables, diagrams and citations. The original PDF is a separate fixed edition. If the presentations differ, identify the edition, passage and underlying source rather than assuming that a formatting difference changes the underlying fact. Material discrepancies can be submitted through the corrections process.
11. Permitted use and attribution
You may read the website, download a document made available for download, and link to or quote limited passages where permitted by applicable law. Retain authorship, source attribution, edition date, evidence qualifications and material disclosures. This notice does not grant a blanket licence for republication, commercial redistribution, automated bulk extraction or use of protected material to train a model. Obtain permission where required.
12. Integrity of excerpts and summaries
Do not present altered text, a truncated chart, an AI summary or a translated excerpt as an unmodified SVECTOR publication. A summary must not convert a scenario into a fact, remove a material qualification, omit relevant counterevidence or imply that an allegation has been proven. These terms do not restrict lawful criticism, fair dealing or other rights that applicable law preserves.
13. Acceptable use and system access
Use the site lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt availability, impersonate SVECTOR or a research subject, fabricate an endorsement, submit malicious content, or use the material to facilitate unlawful discrimination, market manipulation or financial crime. Access to this website does not authorise access to private systems or restricted source records.
14. Submissions, corrections and formal concerns
Use the published corrections route for factual disputes, counterevidence, responses and attribution concerns. Identify the material, the specific issue and the supporting evidence. Do not send unnecessary personal, privileged, confidential or unlawfully obtained records. An email acknowledgement, if any, does not mean that a submission has been accepted as accurate or agreed for publication.
15. Availability and responsibility
Reasonable care in preparing material does not make every source or output complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website materials are provided as available without an assurance of suitability for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives a non-waivable right, or removes responsibility for a statement that the law makes actionable.
16. Changes and contact
The date on this page identifies the website-terms revision. Material research corrections should be recorded on the affected publication rather than silently treated as a change to these general terms. Questions, rights requests and formal concerns may be sent to team@svector.co.in. This contact route does not replace a method of legal service required by applicable law.
