Scope
This notice covers this informational website. Data processed in a customer deployment of Argus or another contracted system is governed by the applicable service and data-processing terms. This website is not an interface for uploading customer transaction, account, KYC or other production data.
Browsing the website
The application does not include visitor accounts, advertising trackers or a marketing analytics integration. Fonts and selected images are served locally. The application does not set non-essential tracking cookies. A future integration that changes this behaviour would need to be reflected in the notice and relevant controls.
Contact drafts
The contact form prepares a draft in your device’s email application. It does not submit the form to an application database. You decide whether to send the draft. Information you actually send by email is handled through the relevant email systems and may be used to respond, assess the inquiry and retain a necessary correspondence record.
Technical connection records
A hosting or infrastructure provider may process connection information such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and server logs to deliver and protect the site. The actual deployment and provider configuration determine processing locations, access and retention. This application does not set a separate retention period for infrastructure logs.
Research and correction submissions
Send only the information needed to identify the affected passage and explain the issue. Avoid unnecessary personal, privileged or confidential information. A substantive company response may be considered for attribution or publication through the corrections process; submitting a message does not make every attachment suitable for publication.
Third parties and files
External source links lead to publishers that control their own privacy practices. The original report PDF is served from this website. Downloading it does not sign you up for a mailing list. Your browser, email application and network provider may independently process technical information.
Access, retention and requests
Correspondence should be accessible only to those who need it for the inquiry, publication concern, operational purpose or legal obligation. It should be retained only as needed for those purposes. You may ask about relevant personal information, request a correction or raise a deletion concern; requests are assessed under applicable requirements and legitimate retention obligations.
