SVECTOR / Publication information
Acceptable use and research integrity.
Rules for using the website, research materials and product information without misrepresentation, abuse or unlawful access.
Website policy dated 16 October 2026.
Lawful access
Use public pages and downloads through their intended interfaces. Do not bypass authentication, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, probe private systems without authorisation or retrieve restricted records using credentials you are not authorised to use.
No impersonation or false endorsement
Do not impersonate SVECTOR, its staff, a research subject, a regulator or another institution. Do not imply that a product, report or third-party statement has an endorsement, certification or commercial relationship that has not been established.
Preserve meaning and attribution
Do not alter or redistribute a report in a way that removes material disclosures, changes figures, suppresses counterevidence or presents an analytical opinion as a proven accusation. Mark your own commentary, translation or AI summary as your own. Lawful criticism and legally permitted quotation remain unaffected.
No unlawful market or financial conduct
Do not use the website or its materials to facilitate financial crime, unlawful manipulation, deceptive solicitation, sanctions evasion or other prohibited conduct. A research publication is not permission to trade unlawfully or to misuse non-public information.
Consequential decisions need appropriate controls
Do not treat a website description, research conclusion, model score or screening hit as the sole basis for an action requiring further verification, lawful authority or human review. Institutions remain responsible for the governance and requirements applicable to their activity.
Submissions and data minimisation
Send only records you are entitled to provide and the information necessary to explain the issue. Do not send credentials, unrelated personal data, malicious attachments or records whose disclosure would violate a duty you owe. The website does not provide an anonymous or privileged whistleblower channel.
Automation and content rights
Automated access must respect applicable law, technical access restrictions and the rights attached to the material. A publicly accessible page does not grant unrestricted rights to reproduce protected text, redistribute source documents or train a model on protected content.
Reporting a concern
Report misuse, inaccurate attribution or a security concern to team@svector.co.in with enough detail to identify the affected page or behaviour. Do not exploit or publicly disclose a vulnerability through this contact process.
